Tool Service Process Expert
What's the role?
As a Tool Service Process Expert, we expect you to not only deal with technical issues, but also engage people to work with you. You’ll lead a team of around 10 technicians, which calls for training, developing and motivating them, both individually and as a unit. In fact, we’ll measure you as much on developing your team as on achieving your targets.

What does the role involve?
As an entrepreneurial business partner, you will manage the operations in our state-of-the-art Tool service center to deliver best in class tool service while improving the operations. You will actively manage end-to-end processes and ensure the communication of our tool service differentiation while leading a world-class operations team. Besides Team management and team development you will be responsible for Cost productivity and end to end Service levels to our Customers in Thailand and the Region.
You’ll be a change agent for stablishing a continuous improvement mindset and active driver of mid to large scale Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP).

What you need is:
- Degree holder in Engineering or related disciplines, MSc as a plus
- 5 years of experience in Operations (Repair, maintenance, production, Warehousing) and 3 years of team leading experience preferred
- Customer oriented and strong understanding of service operations with proven track record of operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Ability to effectively manage, motivate and develop a team of high performing professionals
- Solid Understanding of quality management and Lean principles
- Good in both written and spoken English
- Able to work in Samutprakarn
