Product Manager - Services
What's the role?
We are looking for a high potential candidates with strong business acumen to unleash high potential at Hilti, starting as a Product Manager (Services). The Product Manager is responsible for the coordination, design and implementation of the local product leadership strategy (PLS) for the specialized Business Unit of Services for Thailand. What does the role involve?
Define the local Product Leadership Strategy and initiatives in line with the regional services management team.
Consulting with Top management of construction companies to address needs related to asset management by introducing Hilti’s new flagship software service.
Partnering & supporting sales Managers by leading from front to drive required change management.
Handling a team of 3-6 members responsible for supporting in implementation/ improvement of services & processes
Single point of contact for the Thailand organization - to collaborate with Global/ regional teams to implement new innovations, initiatives in the country.
Analyze and steer critical KPIs: sales, quantity, market share, profitability.
Create a proactive approach to communicate product value e.g. internal & external PR and ensure consistent and clear communication of our brand promise “Outperform. Outlast” in line with global and local brand strategy.

What you need is:
- University degree required in engineering, marketing or business administration
- Master’s degree or MBA is preferred but not essential
- Professional experience in management consulting or sales
- Experiences of sales within a service envrionment would be highly beneficial e.g Insurance, Software etc
- Strong commercial acumen and marketing skills, e.g. market research, competitor sensing, product lifecycle, communications, merchandising, promotions, product launches and analysis
- Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels and function, providing information and feedback to the wider business
- Full proficiency in Thai and English is essential
