What's the role?

The Product Manager role is responsible for the coordination, implementation and control of the effective design and implementation of the local product leadership strategy (PLS) for the product portfolio of Firestop within Thailand.

What does the role involve?

Responsible for the profitable marketing of the company’s products including new product introductions, phase outs and obsolescence management

Leverage our resources in Region to increase our effectiveness to reach our customers through multi-channel strategy

Seek out new opportunities through market research to understand the local market and competition with a clear plan on how to gain market share and build a solid foundation

Execute product/s and/or service specific opportunities to deliver new business opportunities for future growth

Develop and implement marketing communications to achieve continual improvement of our market value and position

Provide support to the sales force, seek for product sales leads including training of new and existing employees

What you need is:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Any discipline)
  • Previous sales experience in Construction or Firestop industry is essential
  • Knowledge or experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferrable but not essential
  • Strong learning agility to quickly understand key Product Marketing topics
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Strong commercial and external orientation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills working in a fast-paced commercial environment involving multiple key stakeholders
  • Willing to travel approximately 50% nationally
  • Language skills in English and Thai is essential
