What's the role?
This is an exciting role for a bright professional experienced in operations management to work closely with Regional Head of After Market Services and General Manager of Thailand to deliver value by streamlining tool services operations in Thailand. What does the role involve?
Implement tool service strategy based on regional roadmap, as a change agent for the TSC & respective MO(s). Responsible for day to day operations in repair centers , leading a team of operations manager and technicians. Deliver sustainable productivity at defined end to end service levels Accountable to prepare and deliver RF based on capacity/capabilities needs. Drive & communicate a competitive tool service differentiation and fair repair pricing to build a strong value for money awareness to support tool sales growth. Accountable for sustainable implementation of processes and repair standards and respective modifications in repair center / tool service center. Accountable for lean culture in TSC and drive bottom up continuous improvement mindset to achieve operational excellence. Accountable for execution of legal, compliance, ICS and HSE standards in Tool Service center. Responsible for definition and execution of contingency & crisis plan. Accountable for people and competence development. Establish strong collaboration within the Service Area leadership team to build a community of high performing team. And implement the management process to align with the Market Organization Stakeholders

What you need is:
- Degree of Engineering qualification
- Bilingual with fluency in Thai and English is a must
- Operations management experience of 6 years plus with organizations of repute in Automobiles / Services / Manufacturing
- Good Analytical skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
