What does the role involve?

As Credit Control Officer, you’ll be part of our Credit Control team to provide assistance and support to Credit Collection Manager. This role is dedicated to handling credit management and debit collection, resolving disputed billings and outstanding accounts proactively. It also involves analyzing credit performance of the company.

We would love to hear from you if:

  • Degree in Finance / Accounting or Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of experience in credit collection
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Thai
  • Computer savvy - MS Office and SAP is an advantage
  • Strong communication and good team playing skills with strong customer orientation
  • Responsiveness and a “can-do” attitude
  • Independent, reliable, proactive and assertive character
  • Ambition to excel their career at Hilti
