What's the role?

The BD (Business Developer) role is a technical and leadership role part of the Hilti BD community. As a BD, you will be focusing on a portfolio of Owners and EPCs important for the Onshore and Offshore segment in Thailand. You will create strategies and lead its execution to increase sales from the accounts based on commercial relationship and technical specifications.

What does the role involve?

We’re looking for customer-focused Business Developer to develop their careers in a rewarding, high-performing, international company.

Day to day you will be responsible to identify the key contact for targeted project of the focus accounts, develop standards and specifications with Hilti solutions, as well as to coordinate with the sales team on current and future Onshore projects being designed and built in Thailand.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Civil
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in business development or sales for specified engineering products or sales of solutions, marketing management experience is a plus.
  • An experience with or within Energy Projects in Thailand is preferred.
  • Existing network with Thailand EPCs(Technip, Wood, Thyssenkrupp etc.) and owners (PTT group, Thai Oil, SCG etc.)is a plus.
  • Business sales negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in English
  • Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed
  • Acts independently, Strategic thinking
  • Work experience in multicultural environment
