We are looking for a high potential candidate with strong business acumen to unleash high potential at Hilti, starting as Account Manager. This is no ordinary job. What does the role involve?

As Account Manager- Industry, you will directly report to E&I Manager. You will be responsible for the business development and penetration of specific territories and/or related industry section. A key aspect of this role is to attain both qualitative and quantitative objectives by adopting an effective, systematic and pro-active approach.

What you need is:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in direct sales model, preferably in electrical engineer/industry/construction related industries in MNCs or well-known companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Thai
  • Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindset
  • Self-motivated and a quick learner
  • Highly adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
